AI Agent Reverse Engineering Tools: How Far Can a Company Allow Them?
Tools that connect decompilers to coding agents are spreading quickly. Using REA as a case study, this article assesses how far interoperability, security testing and feature cloning are permitted under Articles 101-4 and 104-2 of the Korean Copyright Act, compares the situation with the chardet case, and proposes internal rules for companies.
